| To participate in any rugby match you MUST register with USA Rugby to obtain a Certificate for Individual Player Participation ( CIPP ), either On Line or Mail-in Paper Form . You will also need to sign a Liability Waiver and turn it into one of our EC. To help complete the registration, our Local Area Union and Territorial Union are displayed below. In time, you will receive a CIPP card containing your identifying information. |
